Fortunately I found this company, Pete answered promptly, gave same day appointment.Ethan attended on time,sorted the issue straightaway, all done and dusted within the hour!!! It didnt even need changing, he sorted a blockage for a much lesser price. Ethan was v v professional and v v pleasant .

Ethan came as per appointment time he was very friendly & professional he diagnosed the problem very quickly & I saw it for myself that the unit would be better if it was replaced as it was tripping the electrics and the motor wasn’t working properly beforehand anyway. I was adamant before the visit that I was not going to have a new one as I only needed to use it for 12/18mths because Ethane was so willing to try to resolve the issue beforehand I decided to get a new one put in all because of the brilliant customer service he gave me & also to mention Olivia at the office who was my first contact she so very helpful.

I rang for help on a Sunday, an engineer was round on Monday, and by ten he’d diagnosed the problem, cleaned it all out and left everything working perfectly. And had it been broken, he had new ones with him he could have fitted straight away. Brilliant service!
