At Saniflo Specialists, we offer a competitive fixed rate call-out fee from £168* (can vary based on location and unit) which means no labour charge after the first hour, just pay for parts if there are any required. We always aim to fix/repair any macerator before replacing. Sanicubic units are charged at £183* call out.

Saniflo is a multifaceted, inexpensive and versatile method that makes installations less tedious and time consuming. The up flush system is unlike any conventional pipe operating coordination on the market. It takes away from attaching pipe to the main drain line.

Where possible, our engineers will fix the macerator and therefore avoiding the need to purchase a brand new unit. However, where the unit is beyond repair, a new one will be recommended. Saniflo Ltd is a brand of macerators, and therefore does not make direct sales. As a result of this, it is challenging to provide an accurate estimate of the price range. The Saniflo macerator is no louder than flushing a toilet. The sound volume often varies from one installation to another based on the product. It is crucial to follow fitting regulations.

The flush discharge generally triggers 2 to 3 cycles and last 1 to 2 seconds each. If you have a device that runs longer periods than previously, it may be that the rubber membrane system requires cleaning/descaling.

Statutory requirements declare that appliances equipped with a macerating system discharge into the black water network. The macerator pipe must be connected directly to the main waste water pipe with a large diameter for it to meet the standard installation instructions.

Ethan came as per appointment time he was very friendly & professional he diagnosed the problem very quickly & I saw it for myself that the unit would be better if it was replaced as it was tripping the electrics and the motor wasn’t working properly beforehand anyway. I was adamant before the visit that I was not going to have a new one as I only needed to use it for 12/18mths because Ethane was so willing to try to resolve the issue beforehand I decided to get a new one put in all because of the brilliant customer service he gave me & also to mention Olivia at the office who was my first contact she so very helpful.
